GarahPravesh Academy is India's dedicated real estate certification platform. It offers Foundation (₹999), Pro (₹2,499), and Master (₹5,999) level certifications for property consultants across 14 Indian states. Foundation is for freshers and career switchers. Pro is for working agents with 1–3 years experience. Master is for senior consultants.

Foundation covers RERA basics, property documentation, home loans, client handling, and state-specific law. Pro covers advanced valuation, NRI transactions, and commercial property. Master covers investment analysis, commercial portfolios, legal strategy, and building a consulting practice. Each level builds on the previous — Pro requires Foundation certification.

No experience needed at all. Foundation is specifically designed for freshers and career switchers entering real estate. Many students enroll before they even get their first client.

During enrollment you select your state from 14 options: Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala, West Bengal, and Goa. Your certificate will include your state name. Choose the state where you work or plan to work.

Most students complete Foundation in 3–5 days of focused study, or spread it over 2–3 weeks studying part-time alongside work. There is no time limit — you get lifetime access. The course is designed to be studied between site visits and client meetings.

The minimum passing score is 80% — you must answer at least 80 out of 100 questions correctly. Foundation and Pro students get 2 free exam attempts. Master gets 1 free attempt. After free attempts, retakes cost ₹299 (Foundation), ₹499 (Pro), or ₹999 (Master).

Yes. Every certificate has a unique ID (format GPA-YYYY-F-XXXXX) that can be verified instantly by employers and clients through our Certificate Verification page. The certificate is a recognized industry credential from a trusted real estate platform, valid for 3 years.

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Your digital certificate comes with a shareable verification link. Add it to your LinkedIn profile under Licenses & Certifications. Many certified agents report getting direct client enquiries from their LinkedIn certificate display.

The certificate is valid for 3 years from issue date. Renewal through a short refresher exam is recommended after 3 years to stay updated with latest RERA guidelines and state law changes. Renewal fees are significantly lower than the original enrollment fee.

All major payment methods through Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and EMI options. All transactions are secure and encrypted. A GST invoice is automatically generated and emailed after payment.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed any lesson content. Once course lessons are opened, refunds are not available as content is delivered digitally. For technical issues preventing access, contact us within 24 hours for immediate resolution or full refund.

No downloads needed. Everything runs in your web browser on desktop or mobile. Works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the final exam, a desktop or tablet is recommended for comfortable reading of all 100 questions.
